1.Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any service provided through j444.club ("j444", "the Platform", "we", "us"), you ("User", "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") in their entirety. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and j444. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the j444 Platform and close any account you may hold.

These Terms apply to all j444 services including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, account management, and payment processing. They are supplemented by j444's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

2.Eligibility

To open and use a j444 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age. j444 operates a strict minimum age policy. Any person under 18 is absolutely prohibited from registering or participating in any real-money activity on the Platform.
• You are accessing j444 as an individual acting in a personal capacity and not on behalf of a business or third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of j444 or any of its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, or gaming content providers.
• You have not been self-excluded from j444 or any affiliated gambling platform and are not currently subject to a self-exclusion restriction.

3.Account Registration & Verification

Each individual user may hold only one (1) j444 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual for any purpose, including but not limited to circumventing restrictions, claiming duplicate bonuses, or evading exclusions, is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. j444 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued national identity documents, proof of address, and payment method verification. Failure to provide requested verification documentation within a reasonable time will result in suspension of withdrawal rights and may lead to account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your j444 login credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your responsibility. Notify j444 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4.Deposits & Withdrawals

j444 accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Debit Card, and USDT TRC20. All account balances are maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified.

• Minimum deposit: Rs 100 (subject to change; check the payment page for current limits).
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. j444 reserves the right to require alternative withdrawal methods in certain circumstances.
• All deposits and withdrawals are subject to identity verification. j444 may delay or suspend transactions pending completion of verification procedures.
• j444 does not accept deposits from third parties. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts or instruments registered in your own name.
• Deposits made via fraudulent means, including stolen payment instruments, will result in immediate account suspension and referral to relevant authorities.

5.Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on j444 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game. These rules are made available within each betting market or game interface. By placing a bet or participating in a game, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

• j444 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed on markets opened in error, or placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a technical fault.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to j444's in-play betting rules. Connection issues on the user's end do not entitle a user to void a confirmed in-play bet.
• All casino game outcomes are determined either by certified RNG systems or by live dealer procedures conducted in licensed studio environments. j444 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Winnings resulting from exploitation of software errors, game glitches, or misconfigured bonus conditions will be voided and removed from the user's account balance.

6.Bonuses & Promotions

j444 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to users. All promotions are subject to specific bonus terms communicated at the time of the offer, which shall be read in conjunction with these Terms.

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn.
• j444 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Only one bonus may be active per user account at any time unless the specific promotion expressly states otherwise.
• j444 reserves the right to exclude any user from a promotion if j444 reasonably determines that the user is engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any form of exploitation of promotional terms.

7.Responsible Gaming

j444 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its obligations in this area seriously. j444 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from the user account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum losses permitted in a defined period.
• Session Timers: Receive alerts when a logged-in session reaches a user-defined duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from j444. Once self-exclusion is activated, j444 will not accept bets or allow access to gaming features for the duration of the exclusion period.

8.Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on j444 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and potential legal action:

• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports manipulation in connection with bets placed on j444.
• Colluding with other users or third parties to gain unfair advantage in casino games, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker variants.
• Using j444 for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or verification.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches, or misconfigured odds for financial gain.

9.Intellectual Property

All content on j444.club — including but not limited to the j444 brand name, logos, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and data feeds — is the exclusive property of j444 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the j444 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any j444 content without prior written authorisation.

10.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, j444 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the j444 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of betting or gaming funds resulting from connection interruptions, technical failures, or force majeure events outside j444's control.
• Losses arising from reliance on information, data, or odds published on j444 that subsequently prove to be erroneous.
• Any loss arising from unauthorised access to your j444 account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

j444's total aggregate liability to any individual user in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount of funds held in that user's j444 account at the time the claim arises.

11.Privacy & Data Protection

j444's collection, use, and storage of personal data is governed by the j444 Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By registering a j444 account, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with that policy. j444 implements industry-standard security measures to protect user data and does not sell personal information to third parties outside of what is required for payment processing and regulatory compliance.

12.Amendments to Terms

j444 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the j444 Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. Where changes are material, j444 will take reasonable steps to notify registered users, which may include a notification upon next login.

13.Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which j444 is licensed and incorporated. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of j444 shall first be referred to j444's customer support team for resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body in j444's licensing jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
